Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within South Africa
• We deliver nationwide using trusted courier services.
• Estimated delivery times:
• 2–5 business days to main urban centers
• 5–7 business days to remote or outlying areas
• Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
International Shipping
• We ship to selected countries outside South Africa.
• Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
• If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, unless Matcha Move is at fault (for example, in the case of a defective or incorrect item).
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.
• These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
• Matcha Move does not cover or reimburse any such charges, nor are we responsible for customs delays or restrictions in your country.
Returns on Matcha Products
• Due to food safety regulations, matcha and related matcha products are non-returnable once shipped.
• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.
Delivery Delays or Issues
• While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to courier backlogs, customs processing, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Matcha Move is not liable for such delays, but we will assist in tracking the shipment or working with the courier in the event of a lost or undelivered parcel.
• Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
• If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or appears tampered with, please inform the courier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.
• Take clear photos of the damage or packaging condition for our records so we can assist you accordingly.
International Shipping Disclaimer
All international orders, including those to the Middle East and Asia, are subject to the import laws of the destination country. Matcha Move is not responsible for customs fees, clearance delays, or import restrictions once the order has shipped.
