Agreement
By accessing our website or purchasing from Matcha Move, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our supporting policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Products
We sell ceremonial-grade matcha powder and related matcha products. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
• Modify product offerings
• Adjust pricing
• Limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice
Product information and prices on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
Orders & Payments
To place an order:
• You must provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment details.
• Payment must be made in full before orders are processed or dispatched.
All transactions are securely processed via Paystack. We do not store credit card details.
Matcha Move reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or operational errors.
Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days within South Africa, and 7–21 business days internationally.
• Tracking details will be provided by email.
Matcha Move is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Additional duties or import taxes imposed by international authorities

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of matcha:
• Matcha products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
For eligible merchandise (non-consumable goods), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition.

International Orders
Customers outside South Africa are responsible for:
• Understanding import restrictions in their country
• Paying any applicable customs duties or VAT
• Ensuring shipping addresses are accurate and deliverable
Matcha Move is not liable for packages delayed, returned, or refused by customs. No refunds are offered for failed international deliveries due to non-payment of import charges.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Matcha Move website (including logo, imagery, product copy, branding, and design) is the intellectual property of Matcha Made (PTY) Ltd. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data is collected only as necessary for:
• Order processing
• Delivery
• Customer communication
• Marketing (if consented)

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Matcha Move is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profits or business opportunity
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use our website or products
Our liability is limited to the total purchase amount of the item in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
